Machine key components
The X-400Z Standard is the guarded version of our standard 420 mm spinning machine. A sliding cover with inspection windows closes off the spinning area during production, so the operator works behind a safety guard while the tooling and the part stay visible.
The machine runs on a KY-808xy CNC system with 4 kW spindle and 4 kW servo power, a hydraulic tailstock up to 5 kN, and 0.02 mm positioning accuracy. It spins iron and copper up to 1.2 mm, aluminium up to 2.5 mm, and stainless steel up to 0.8 mm — a practical choice for lamp reflectors, cookware lids, basins, and industrial covers.
The X-400Z Standard is built from the same modules as our standard spinning platform, arranged behind a full guard cover so every service point stays reachable from the front and the sides.
