Machine key components
The X-450Z Double uses two spinning rollers working from opposite sides, which balances the forming load and reduces deformation — useful for thicker stainless and carbon steel shells. The outer cover guards the working area during production.
Blanks up to 460 mm run with an 11 kW spindle (50-2000 r/min), 240 + 240 mm lateral travel, 600 mm longitudinal stroke, a hydraulic tailstock up to 10 kN, and front and rear six-station turrets.
The X-450Z Double is built from the same modules as our standard spinning platform, arranged behind a full guard cover so every service point stays reachable from the front and the sides.
