Machine key components
The X-1000Z Single is our 2026 large-format single-side machine with a rear six-station turret and a full outer cover. The covered frame keeps the operator protected while the 1030 mm working range handles large shells.
A 15 kW spindle runs 50-2100 r/min with 510 mm lateral and 600 mm longitudinal stroke, a hydraulic tailstock up to 10 kN with 600 mm travel, and 0.02 mm accuracy. Iron and copper up to 3.0 mm, aluminium up to 6.0 mm, stainless steel up to 2.0 mm.
The X-1000Z Single is built from the same modules as our standard spinning platform, arranged behind a full guard cover so every service point stays reachable from the front and the sides.

- Tail shaft — rotating tail shaft keeps the blank centred during forming
