Machine key components
The X-800Z Single pairs a large single-side spindle with a rear tool turret and a double tailstock, so long, heavy shells stay supported during forming. The outer cover guards the working area.
Blanks up to 810 mm run with an 11 kW spindle (50-2100 r/min), 450 mm lateral and 600 mm longitudinal stroke, a hydraulic tailstock up to 7 kN, and 0.02 mm positioning accuracy.
The X-800Z Single is built from the same modules as our standard spinning platform, arranged behind a full guard cover so every service point stays reachable from the front and the sides.

- Tailstock — up to Hydraulic 7 kN tail force and 400 mm tail-stroke travel
- Worktable — 450 mm lateral and 600 mm longitudinal servo travel on KATE linear guide rails

- Tail shaft — rotating tail shaft keeps the blank centred during forming
- Tooling — Rear 6 tools, with travel and over-travel protection on every axis
