Machine key components
The X-450Z Standard is the guarded version of our 450 mm standard three-axis machine. A sliding cover with inspection windows closes off the spinning area, so the operator works behind a guard while the tooling and the part stay visible.
A 4 kW spindle runs 30-2700 r/min with 350 mm lateral and 450 mm longitudinal stroke, a hydraulic tailstock up to 5 kN, and 0.02 mm positioning accuracy. Iron and copper up to 1.2 mm, aluminium up to 2.5 mm, stainless steel up to 0.8 mm.
The X-450Z Standard is built from the same modules as our standard spinning platform, arranged behind a full guard cover so every service point stays reachable from the front and the sides.

- Tailstock — up to Hydraulic 5 kN tail force and 250 mm tail-stroke travel
- Worktable — 350 mm lateral and 450 mm longitudinal servo travel on KATE linear guide rails
- Main spindle — 4 kW variable-frequency motor, 30-2700 r/min, 225 ± 5 mm centre height
- Tail shaft — rotating tail shaft keeps the blank centred during forming
- Tooling — 3-axis 5 tools, or 4-axis 6 tools, with travel and over-travel protection on every axis
- Transformer and inverter — 380 V three-phase four-wire supply with a separate electrical cabinet
- Hydraulic station — separate power unit feeding the tailstock and tooling options
